- I have not always taken care of myself, in fact I have done a great deal of damage to my body. Fortunately the human body is an amazing creation that can be forgiving. It is never too late to start taking care of yourself. Just like your body, it is never too late to redeem your spirit. I love this song by Adison Road that says "Every moment is a second chance at starting over", because I am always starting over. I have made many mistakes and continue to daily. I am a wife to an amazing man of God. I am a mom, a daughter and a sister, a friend and a child of the living King. Chiropractic chose me for its profession and I have a passion for all things to do with health. I practice Chiropractic in Miami, Florida with a loving staff.
